GP Systems of Choice (GPSoC) provides a contractual framework to supply IT systems/services to GP practices and associated organisations in England. GPSoC is split into three sections, (or lot) each providing different IT products and services.
This core functionality is essential for a modern, paper-lite GP practice and includes GP Principal Clinical Systems, appointments software, decision support tools and patient facing services.
The GPSoC Lot 1 Accredited Services Register (PDF, 128.9kB) lists the services offered by each Lot 1 supplier and their current availability.
These services support the GP practice, including office hardware, medical devices, training and consultancy. These items may or may not integrate with the Principal Clinical Systems.
Please see the GPSoC Lot 2 summary of services (PDF, 253.6kB), a table showing the products and services which each supplier current intends to provide during the life of the framework.
These services help the GP practice to share information with other health-care providers, such as hospitals and pharmacies, in order to deliver a better end-to-end service for patients.
Download the GPSoC Lot 3 summary of services (PDF, 233.7kB) which includes a summary of the products and services which suppliers intend to provide during the life of the framework.
