Our People
We at HBL ICT are passionate & committed to delivering an excellent service. We recognise that our strength is through the people that we employ, therefore we take pride in having a unique recipe of trained and knowledgeable staff from both the public & private sector.
Our management team have many years of experience in ICT services for healthcare. We’re already delivering ICT services for NHS organisations across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and beyond. We work closely with all of our clients as an integrated part of their IT strategies.

Qualifications
We take pride in ensuring that our staff are fully trained and have the optimum skills and training for the chosen ICT disciplines and technologies. All of our staff have gained an ITIL V3 accreditation as a minimum requirement. We know how important effective service management is in helping your organisation to perform.

Standards (ISO, ITIL)
Though our internal governance & compliance we constantly challenge our own processes and services and believe in continual service improvement. We are embarking on a compliance programme based upon CobiT to achieve ISO20000 accreditation throughout the service in May 2017.
