Clinical Information Governance

The GDPR and DPA (2018) outline the requirement for public authorities to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

To assist our partner organisations and offer their GP Practices a solution to this requirement, HBL ICT, hosted by ENHCCG has developed the DPO as a Service (DPOaaS).

The shared service is available to GP Practices via the CCGs within the Partnership, and where this has been agreed, details are on the GP Practice website.
